Terms of Service

1. About these terms
These terms form a binding agreement between you and Vixen Investments Pty Ltd (ABN 77 677 662 350) (“FinFix”, “we”, “us”). By using FinFix you accept these terms.
2. The service
FinFix lets you upload household bills and receive an AI-assisted comparison against current Australian market rates. Recommendations are general information only and do not constitute personal financial, legal or tax advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and an Australian resident to use FinFix.
4. Your account and content
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the content you upload. You confirm you have the right to share any bills or documents you upload.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse FinFix, attempt to interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or use it to break any law.
6. Switching assistance
Where you request switching help, we may share necessary details with partners or providers to complete the switch on your behalf. The underlying contract is between you and the new provider.
7. Fees
The Quick Check is free. Paid features (if any) will be clearly priced before purchase and are governed by the checkout terms shown at that time.
8. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, FinFix is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that savings estimates will be achieved — actual savings depend on your circumstances and the provider you choose. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
9. Liability
Our liability for any claim relating to FinFix is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to resupplying the service or refunding any fees paid for it in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using FinFix at any time and request account deletion via hello@finfixapp.com.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
